Privacy
HINATA collects only what a reservation needs: your name, email, phone, party size, and any dietary notes you choose to share. We use these to hold your seats, prepare your courses, and contact you about your booking.
What we keep
- Reservation details, retained for 24 months for guest history and dietary continuity.
- Email correspondence you send us.
- No payment data is stored on this site; card holds are processed by our booking provider.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
- This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
- We email you about your reservation only — never marketing without your explicit opt-in.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold on you, and we will do so within 30 days. Email the address above.
Reservation Terms
Holds & cancellations
- Seats are held with a card at booking; you are not charged at that time.
- We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change a reservation.
- No-shows and late cancellations are charged the full tasting price per seat held.
The evening
- The progression begins together; please arrive within 10 minutes of your seating time.
- The menu changes daily and specific items cannot be guaranteed.
- Counter seating is for guests aged 12 and over.
Allergies
We accommodate allergies and diets with advance notice but cannot guarantee a kitchen free of any allergen. Dine at your own discretion and tell us what we need to know.
